Confirm the property and authority
Establish parcel context, municipal or county jurisdiction, zoning map sources, and other relevant review entities.
Nationwide service
ZoneLogic supports commercial real estate decisions across the United States. Each assignment begins with the property, applicable jurisdiction, proposed use, and decision the research needs to support.
Nationwide does not mean generic
Land-use authority, utility service, roadway access, fire review, drainage criteria, environmental constraints, building permits, and development fees may sit with different local, regional, state, or special-purpose entities.
ZoneLogic begins with jurisdiction and parcel context, then follows the sources and review structure applicable to the site.
Regional familiarity
ZoneLogic works nationwide. Our strongest regional familiarity is in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, but every assignment is evaluated using the current rules, agencies, and published sources applicable to the specific property.
Projects outside these four states are accepted and researched jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Familiarity varies by location, and availability depends on scope, source access, project complexity, and required turnaround.
A repeatable framework
Establish parcel context, municipal or county jurisdiction, zoning map sources, and other relevant review entities.
Review available codes, plans, maps, fee schedules, application materials, and agency guidance against the stated use.
Document sources, assumptions, potential risks, agency-confirmation needs, and recommended next steps.
Research is preliminary unless the scope includes agency confirmation. Codes, maps, application requirements, fee schedules, and staff interpretations can change. ZoneLogic does not guarantee an approval or agency outcome.

We’ll evaluate the jurisdiction and recommend a scope appropriate to the decision and research conditions.
